Health tips

1. Get up early in the morning. (Before sunrise)

2 Drink one or two glass of water for getting body hydrated.

3. Start your day with fruits.(Ex. Apple,banana and many more.)

4. Do some exercise like ( running, jumping and skipping etc.)

5. After 30 mins to 45 mins, take bath and eat heavy breakfast.

6. After taking breakfast, go ahead for work.
